What Happens Next ?


Once you have uploaded your ticket, we send you an email letting you know if we have accepted your application. As soon as we have received payment, we will send a Notice to the ticket issuer on your behalf, aiming to have them cancel the ticket within 10 working days.
If you receive further contact from the PCN/ NTO issuer, or if they have sold on your details to a debt collector, do not worry – simply email us a copy of the latest document along with your full name and reference number to: sales@point-less.com and we will take care of it for you. This is quite the norm with a handful of issuers and expected as part of the process.
